ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Terms & Conditions: 
All payments must be paid prior to the conference or access will be denied. If paying on invoice, or if your payment has not been received by 1 October 2024, you will be required to provide a credit card at registration to guarantee payment.

Dress Code: Smart casual attire is recommended for during the conference, and for the Hitachi Welcome Reception on Tuesday.  The Komatsu Conference Dinner on Wednesday is formal attire and the Caterpillar Gala Dinner on Thursday is a Black Tie event.

CPD Points: Attending the IQA National Conference attracts CPD points for the full conference program.  The allocation of CPD points is at the sole discretion of the Organising Committee.

Registration Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing to shanna@premiereventconcepts.com.au.  Cancellations received no less than 30 days prior to the Conference will incur a $165.00 administration fee. This fee also covers cancellation of any other non-inclusive social event tickets that are cancelled at this time.  No refunds (in part or in full) will be accepted after 15 September 2024, however a registration may be transferred to another person from the same organisation.  Please contact shanna@premiereventconcepts.com.au to request delegate substitution.  

Privacy Policy: The 64th IQA National Conference will operate in accordance with the IQA privacy policy. The IQA respects your privacy and is committed to complying with the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 and the Privacy Amendment Act 2014.  To assist with your participation in the Conference, your organisation and contact details may be shared with Exhibitors and Sponsors and be included in participant lists and for information distribution in respect to other related events organised by the Conference Organiser.  If you object to your details being shared, please inform the Conference Organiser in writing at iqa-events@quarry.com.au.

Insurance: It is strongly recommended that delegates have insurance to cover loss (including registration fees) incurred in the case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage to or loss of personal effects. The 64th IQA National Conference and its organisers will not be responsible for any medical costs incurred by conference delegates, exhibitors, sponsors, and guests or accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property.
