This registration form will allow you to register yourself and/or others to attend the 2024 IQA National Conference.

Payment of the registration fee can be made by credit card or by requesting a tax invoice for direct deposit at the time of registration. All credit card payments will attract a 1.5% surcharge.

If you are completing this form on behalf of others, and not attending the conference, please tick the 'I am not attending' box below.

Payment will be required for all group members on submission of this form - either by credit card payment or by requesting an invoice for payment. Registration confirmation emails will be sent to each group member however only the primary contact will receive a copy of the tax invoice and/or payment receipt.

Names of attendees who have opted in will be available on the Event App and will be visible to delegates, speakers and sponsors.
