Well what a fabulous time we had in Sydney for the 10th Annual NSW 2024 Quarries Health & Safety Conference at the Western Sydney Conference Centre on Thursday, August 1st, 2024.  

The conference explored pertinent health and safety topics relevant to the quarrying, concrete, mining and resources sectors where attendees had the opportunity to see compelling presentations, insightful speakers and trade stands.

Key topics on the agenda included Adverse Vehicle Interactions, Respirable Crystalline Silica, Simplifying Psychosocial Implementation, Supervision for Safety, UGRs and Change Management, Mechanical and Electrical Safety, and a spotlight on emerging industry challenges, compliance, and regulatory standards.
